Today was very productive scientifically. We occupied many stations
and have made huge progress. The fabulous weather has helped make all
the work possible; it has also made our scenery absolutely spectacular.
Rather than talk science, in this post I'm just going to share some
picture of the coastline where we are working (see maps). We are
currently along the western side of the Antarctic Peninsula, just south
of Anvers Island and offshore of Palmer Station. Enjoy the views; they
are breathtaking. We also had some marine visitors as you can see.
Buenos noches,
J.P.
Spectacular scenery! Thanks for sharing! Hope the great weather continues!
